Running a Men’s Circle.


  • It’s a unique opportunity to really talk about what’s important
  • It’s challenging, and I like that
  • You get to understand you as a Man amongst men
  • You’ll figure out that you’re not completely crazy…

A Basic Process

  1. Circle up around a fire or chosen object
  2. Agree to Confidentiality
  3. Check in briefly with names and feelings in the moment, where you feel them in your body
  4. Meditation or gentle movement like Qi Gong
  5. A round of sharing, 10 minutes each (5 minute talking, 5 minute receiving feedback or however you wish to use your time)
  6. Physical Exercise and Challenges
  7. Check out with your name and feelings
